Social and young entrepreneurs in Tatarstan will be able to receive half a million rubles for the implementation of projects

On August 24, Tatarstan starts accepting applications for grants up to 500 thousand rubles. Financial support for social entrepreneurs is being implemented thanks to the national project "Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative".

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan announces a competitive selection for grant support for young entrepreneurs under the age of 25. Social entrepreneurs whose organization is included in the register of social enterprises can also count on receiving a grant. 

An additional condition for receiving grant support is the completion of training from the My Business Center. The center conducted training programs throughout the year and covered 322 entrepreneurs with them. The course on key issues and tools for the development of social and youth entrepreneurship was conducted by experienced mentors and specialized specialists. 

"Every year the volume of grant funding for young and social entrepreneurs in Tatarstan is growing. Last year, we supported 119 entrepreneurs in the amount of more than 47 million rubles. This year, thanks to the national project "Small and Medium-sized entrepreneurship", we can increase the support limit by 2 times and cover even more of our companies," said the First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of TatarstanNatalia Kondratova.

She noted that the minimum amount of the grant is 100 thousand rubles, the maximum you can get up to 500 thousand rubles. At the same time, an entrepreneur can attract a subsidy provided that at least 25% of his own funds are invested in the project.

The grant can be spent on the implementation of a business project, including: rental and repair of non-residential premises, purchase of office equipment, equipment, connection to utility networks, payment for utilities and electricity services, purchase of software, payment of the first installments under leasing agreements, communication services, etc.
