In Tatarstan, mothers-entrepreneurs can receive 100 thousand rubles for the development of their business

The national project "Small and Medium-sized entrepreneurship" is designed to help women with children start their own business and develop it. The participants of the Mom-Entrepreneur project will receive comprehensive knowledge necessary to start their own business and grant support for the implementation of the best projects in the amount of 100 thousand rubles.

The program "Mom-entrepreneur" in the Republic of Tatarstan will be held in Kazan on the basis of the regional Center "My Business" from September 11 to 15, 2023.

The aim of the project is to help women with children to start their own business. Participants receive comprehensive knowledge necessary to open their own business, and the best projects in each region will receive 100 thousand rubles for implementation.  Free training takes place in the format of a five-day intensive training with immersion in the business environment, development of business plans and mentoring support. The final stage of training is a contest of business projects of the participants. The expert jury evaluates their economic validity, originality and social significance. The winner receives a grant of 100,000 rubles. Participation in the program is free of charge.

Who can take part in the "Mom Entrepreneur" program in 2023:

• women with minor children or on maternity leave, including mothers, female adoptive parents, female guardians, female carers or foster mothers
• women who did not participate in the "Mom-entrepreneur" program this year in other regions
• women who fall into at least one of the categories: individuals who apply the professional income tax (self-employed), individual entrepreneurs and sole proprietors on the NPD, owners of a share in the authorized capital of an LLC or JSC, regardless of the financial result of conducting such activities (loss or profit)
• women who do not have, or have been doing business for less than 1 year according to the State Register of Legal Entities on the date of participation in the "Mom Entrepreneur" program.

The project is being implemented under the national project "Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship" on the basis of "My Business" Centers in 63 regions.
