Today, within the framework of the All-Russian Conference "Digital Evolution" in Kaluga, a presentation of the results of the republic's participation in a pilot project on automation of land control took place.
The forum is dedicated to practical work in working groups with the participation of business representatives and subjects of the Russian Federation on the development of top-level requirements for the creation of industry solutions on the GOSTECH platform.
Within the framework of the working group on land and property relations, the issues of introducing in the subjects of the Russian Federation a convenient system for automatic detection of potential violations in municipal land control, in particular, automatic detection of suspicions of unauthorized construction, unauthorized seizure of land plots, misuse of land plots and violation of land boundaries were discussed.
Guzel Daminova, Head of the Department for Coordination of improvement of control and supervisory Activities of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, acted as an expert in the working group on land and property relations.
Guzel Daminova announced the results and plans for the near future as part of participation in the pilot project. She also noted that the introduction of the municipal land control service will reduce the conduct of field surveys "idle" to a minimum, which will thereby optimize the work of municipal land inspectors.
"For the republic, participation in this pilot project will significantly reduce the costs of control (supervision) bodies that arise during on-site inspections, and will provide an opportunity to promptly inform controlled persons about potential violations, which in general will contribute to the ongoing reform of control (supervisory) activities," the Deputy Minister of Economy Guzel Nasibullina said.
Let us recall that the pilot for the automation of land control started on May 15, 2023 in 4 municipal districts of the republic: Arsky, Bugulminsky, Zelenodolsk and Laishevsky.
