Almost 700 preventive visits were carried out by the control bodies this year

The number of preventive visits is growing in Tatarstan. Since the beginning of 2023, the control bodies have carried out 677 such events. A preventive visit becomes a key tool for minimizing the risk of harm (damage) in the system of control (supervisory) activities. Today, their number is more than 2 times the number of inspections.

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted a monthly analysis of the effectiveness of preventive visits by control bodies. Entrepreneurs who faced a tool to reduce the administrative burden on business in July were interviewed.

So, on July 20, 2023, specialists of the Inspection of the State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted a preventive conversation in relation to LLC "Specialized developer "Volzhsky Prostor" in the city of Kazan.

Specialists of the Inspection of the State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Tatarstan provided explanations of the provisions and practice of applying legislation on control, restriction of inspections, general requirements for inspections, the procedure for applying a risk-based approach and recommended ways to reduce the risk category.

In addition, the company's employees were informed about the mandatory requirements of the construction legislation, explanatory work was carried out and safety recommendations were received.

The authorized representative of the company assessed this method of communication with the control authorities positively - the controllers answered the questions of concern, provided in an accessible form the information necessary to comply with the legislation in accordance with the activities carried out.

"Carrying out preventive measures at business facilities is currently one of the priority areas of work of control (supervisory) bodies in the Republic of Tatarstan. The format of preventive measures allows without excessive administrative pressure in the mode of dialogue with entrepreneurs to achieve the safe functioning of business that meets both the interests of entrepreneurs themselves and consumers of their goods and services," the Deputy Minister of Economy Guzel Nasibullina said.

It should be noted that 677 preventive visits have already been conducted for the period up to August 1, 2023. The feedback mechanism allows you to identify possible violations committed by the supervisory authorities during the audit and assess business satisfaction with the quality of the visit.
