The Republic of Tatarstan will become one of the 5 pilot regions of the country, where a laboratory for testing public services services will open.
Laboratories are designed to test public and government services, their convenience and accessibility are evaluated by real people through simulation of life situations. Recommendations and expert suggestions on improving public services and services are formed on the basis of reviews.
This work is being carried out within the framework of the federal project "The State for People", which is supervised by the Deputy Prime Minister – Head of the Government Staff Dmitry Grigorenko.
The first user testing laboratory was opened at the site of the Analytical Center under the Government in December 2021, since then several more similar sites have appeared in the regions – Nizhny Novgorod, Lipetsk, St. Petersburg. By the end of this year, it is planned to open 2 more regional laboratories – in Kazan and Krasnoyarsk, and 3 more in 2024.
In 2022, the laboratory conducted 58 studies, and in the first half of this year, 210 services have already been tested within the selected life situations and 22 services outside them. For example, registering a car, enrolling in school, or getting into an emergency.
Comprehensive research makes it possible to study public services and services in all areas: from the formation and subsequent optimization of business processes to building a map of the client's path and identifying regulatory barriers. Based on the analysis of the test results, a decision will be made on the need to adjust the procedure for obtaining public services.
