The number of business inspections decreased by 1.4 times in Tatarstan

The moratorium has shown its effectiveness: the number of inspections carried out by republican control bodies in the 1st half of 2023 decreased by 1.4 times or by 28% compared to the same period in 2022. So, as of July 1, 2022, 1,950 inspections were carried out, as of July 1, 2023 – 1,404 inspections.

Let us recall that since March 2023, by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 336 dated March 10, 2022 "On the specifics of the organization and implementation of state control (supervision), municipal control", the moratorium on scheduled inspections has been extended until 2030.

Unscheduled inspections will continue in 2023, but they will obey the logic of a risk-based approach. They can now be carried out by control bodies only on the basis of indicators of the risk of violation of mandatory requirements. In 2023, 2.3 times more preventive visits were conducted than inspections.
