In Tatarstan, the number of preventive visits is 2 times higher than the number of inspections

Taking into account the imposed moratorium, the number of preventive visits in Tatarstan is 2.3 times higher in the 1st half of 2023 than the number of inspections conducted by republican control bodies. So, as of July 1, 2023, 262 inspections and 614 preventive visits were carried out.​

Let us recall that since March 2023, by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 336 dated March 10, 2022 "On the specifics of the organization and implementation of state control (supervision), municipal control", the moratorium on scheduled inspections has been extended until 2030. 

Scheduled inspections of businesses until 2030 will be carried out only at extremely high and high risk of harm.

The approved format of inspections will ensure further reduction of the burden on business and shift the focus to the prevention of violations.

One of the main tools of prevention is the implementation of preventive visits by control bodies. 

The format of the preventive visit is very effective, as it allows without excessive administrative pressure in the mode of interaction with entrepreneurs, to achieve the safe functioning of the business that meets both the interests of entrepreneurs and consumers.

During preventive visits, entrepreneurs receive information about mandatory requirements, as well as everything necessary to comply with legislation in accordance with their activities.
