Tatarstan business received almost 3 billion rubles of guarantee support under the national project

Thanks to the guaranteed republican support provided within the framework of the national project "Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship", Tatarstan business in the first half of the year was able to attract debt financing for a record amount of 7.4 billion rubles.

485 entrepreneurs of Tatarstan who do not have sufficient collateral to obtain a loan received preferential guarantee support in the amount of 2.9 billion rubles. The tool made it possible to receive 7.4 billion rubles from credit institutions. Assistance in obtaining loan financing to the business community of the Republic was provided by the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the region.

Let us recall that the subject of the activity of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan is the provision of guarantees for the obligations of small and medium-sized businesses that, according to the conclusion of Banks, have a stable financial position, but do not have sufficient collateral to obtain a loan.

The Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan implements a number of preferential guarantee products for entrepreneurs operating in rural areas, in the field of manufacturing, construction, services, trade (including on Internet sites), for exporters and residents of industrial and industrial parks.

The most popular product developed to support entrepreneurs under sanctions pressure is the preferential guarantee product "Support – 2023".

The maximum amount of the guarantee for the product "Support – 2023" is 70 million rubles, the amount of the guarantee is up to 50% of the loan amount. The remuneration rate is 0.5%.

During the first half of the year, 164 entrepreneurs used this product under the guarantee of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, which allowed them to attract debt financing in the amount of 3.5 billion rubles. The volume of guarantees issued amounted to 1.1 billion rubles.

Entrepreneurs can apply for the support of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan:

• registered SMEs, as well as self-employed;
• the number of employees should not exceed 250 people;
• revenue no more than 2 billion rubles;                                                       
• not engaged in gambling and insurance services.
