Tatarstan entrepreneurs highly appreciate the professionalism of inspectors during preventive visits

The Ministry of Economy of the region conducted an analysis of the effectiveness of preventive visits by control bodies. Entrepreneurs who faced a tool to reduce the administrative burden on business in June 2023 were interviewed. They positively assess the professionalism of inspectors of control bodies during preventive visits.

June 14, 2023 in relation to LLC "REAL" Employees of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted a preventive visit in a remote format (Yandex Teleconference). During the conversation, the licensee was consulted on the mandatory requirements for his activities, explanations were given of the provisions and practice of applying control legislation, restrictions on inspections, general requirements for inspections. 

Information was also provided on the possibilities of obtaining up-to-date information on the organization of activities on the Ministry's website, taking into account the requirements of legislation in terms of mandatory requirements, risk categories, etc.

According to the results of the preventive visit, the representative of Real LLC gave a positive assessment of the remote interaction with the control authorities. He noted that the meeting was agreed upon in advance, was productive, was comfortable, and detailed answers were also received to all questions of interest on the organization of activities, compliance with mandatory requirements.

It should be noted that as of June 1, 2023, 566 preventive visits have already been conducted in Tatarstan. The feedback mechanism will allow you to identify possible violations committed by the supervisory authorities during the audit and assess business satisfaction with the quality of the visit.
