Applications for participation in the federal forum "Productivity 360" continue to be accepted

Applications for participation in the V Federal Forum "Productivity 360" are being accepted. This year, the main discussion platform for the exchange of experience in improving business efficiency will be held from July 20 to 21 in Kazan at the Bashir Rameev IT Park. It is expected that about a thousand owners and managers of large Russian companies will attend the event. The organizers of the forum are the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the Federal Competence Center with the support of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The business program of the first day of the forum includes five thematic areas dedicated to improving business efficiency, Russia's economic sovereignty, measures of state support for domestic companies, the introduction of lean technologies in the social sphere and partner projects. On the second day, the forum participants will be able to visit the leading enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan implementing lean technologies thanks to the national project "Labor Productivity".

"Today, when the Russian market is experiencing an urgent need to increase production, lean technologies are becoming one of the significant factors of economic development, one of the drivers of growth. Much has already been done to promote a culture of continuous improvement at the level of the business community: under the leadership of the Federal Competence Center, a wide network of regional competence centers has been deployed in the country, which, in close conjunction with the Agency for the Development of Professions and Skills, is working to improve the qualifications of company employees and develop the movement of innovators," said the curator of the national project, First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Andrey Belousov.

More than 70 experts on the creation and development of production systems will share their experience with the participants of the event. The results of the forum will be ready-made solutions for business development in the context of structural transformation of the economy.

"We introduce companies to the culture of continuous improvement, introduce the principles of lean manufacturing. Having mastered these tools, enterprises are already replicating technologies themselves, exchanging experience. It is important that the optimization of internal resources takes place without additional investments from business, but by eliminating downtime and losses," said Maxim Reshetnikov, Minister of Economic Development.

National project "Labor Productivity" It is intended to create conditions for an annual increase in labor productivity in the country by 5%. A set of measures has been developed to help businesses, including financial incentives and expert advice on the work of enterprises. National projects initiated by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, launched in 2019.
