Employees of the Ministry of Economy took part in public discussions of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Republic of Tatarstan
Today, the Training and Methodological Center of the Federal Antimonopoly Service held public discussions on the control and supervisory activities of the Tatarstan Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia.
Representatives of all republican and municipal authorities, the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, heads of public organizations were invited to the event. On behalf of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ilyas Galimov, Head of the Competition Development Department of the Entrepreneurship and Competition Development Department, took part in the hearings.
The speakers announced the results of law enforcement practice in the field of antimonopoly legislation, the activities of the Tatarstan Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia in the field of advertising control and unfair competition, novelties of legislation in the field of land relations, violations of antimonopoly legislation.
The information received was useful to representatives of state bodies, public associations, economic entities engaged in procurement under 44-FZ and 223-FZ, regulators, utility performers.
