Midhat Shagiakhmetov held a meeting of the working group on sustainable economic development

Under the chairmanship of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midhat Shagiakhmetov, a meeting of the working group was held with the participation of representatives of ministries, departments and municipalities of the republic via videoconference. The subject of discussion was the development of Internet commerce, the quality of municipal services in electronic form, work in the resources of the Republican Marketing Center by the end of April 2023 and proposals for the revitalization of work this year.

It was noted that marketplaces are one of the most effective tools for the development of sales markets in the republic. Thanks to electronic commerce, republican entrepreneurs have the opportunity to expand the geography of their sales, not limited to sales in the Tatarstan market, to supply products to other regions of the country. In 2022, the number of Tatarstan entrepreneurs on electronic platforms has doubled, and now there are about 50 thousand of them. The results of the business on marketplaces, as well as the measures being implemented to support e-commerce were discussed in details at the meeting.

Also, the participants of the meeting were informed that according to the plan for the transfer of state and municipal services to electronic form, 319 services have been transferred to electronic form and brought to the regional and federal portals of public services. On behalf of the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan, R. N. Minnikhanov, it is necessary to focus on compliance with deadlines and the quality of the provision of state and municipal services in electronic form.

Another issue of the meeting was the work in the resources of the Republican Marketing Center following the results of April 2023. The Agency for the State Order of the Republic of Tatarstan announced proposals for the activation of work this year.
