Tatarstan businessmen will be told about short-term and long-term planning

The My Business Center of the Regional Entrepreneurship Support Fund will hold a free master class on the topic of short-term and long-term planning "Setting goals and their decomposition" as part of the implementation of the national project "Small and Medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative".

The master class will be held on May 16, 2023 at 10:00 in the My Business Center at 28 Peterburgskaya St., 3rd floor.

The experts of the training will tell you why setting goals is important even in the most turbulent times and teach you how to use the tools yourself in building a strategy.

The program includes a master class:

• What tools help in planning and how to use them yourself;

• What criteria should the goal meet;

• How to set goals and choose priorities;

• Develop your own plan to achieve the goal and identify further steps with specific deadlines.
