At the meeting of the working group on ensuring the sustainable development of the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, the issues of preparing applications to VEB.RF were discussed
The meeting of the working group on ensuring sustainable development of the republic's economy was held on April 27, 2023 under the chairmanship of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midhat Shagiakhmetov with the participation of the heads of Zelenodolsk and Mendeleevsky municipal districts, heads of a number of ministries, departments and Executive Committees of Naberezhnye Chelny and Nizhnekamsk municipal district.
The Working Group discussed the issues of the formation of applications to the State Development Corporation "VEB.RF" for co-financing the construction of engineering infrastructure facilities necessary for the implementation of investment projects in the mono towns of the republic: Mendeleevsk, Zelenodolsk, Naberezhnye Chelny and Nizhnekamsk.
Midhat Shagiakhmetov noted that today there is a growing demand among investors for ready-made industrial territories, buildings and premises with the necessary infrastructure for activities. At the same time, an effective tool for attracting investments into the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and the development of single-industry towns is the construction of engineering and road infrastructure necessary for the implementation of projects with co-financing by VEB.RF.
At the working meeting, issues were discussed on the speedy implementation of the instructions of the Head of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov on the preparation and submission of applications to VEB.RF for co-financing the construction of engineering infrastructure facilities of the Mendeleevsk 2.0 Industrial Park, the third stage of the Razvitie and Nizhnekamsk industrial parks and for the implementation of a large-scale investment project "Construction of a wholesale distribution complex for OZON (3rd stage)".
As a result of the meeting, a Protocol was adopted containing specific measures and decisions to accelerate the process of forming these applications in VEB.RF.
