21 April 2023, Friday

Tatarstan company TD Teplotekhnika LLC initiated a project for the manufacture and implementation of serial production of Federica Bugatti water heaters. The company is supported by the national project "Small and Medium-sized entrepreneurship".

Under the conditions of sanctions, the company switched to Russian components. The new equipment was bought after receiving support from the regional center "My Business" in the form of a microloan in the amount of 2.9 million rubles. The company claims that the withdrawal of competing Western equipment manufacturers from the Russian market has opened up new opportunities for the development of heating equipment production. Such technologies do not exist in Russia. This is a free direction for import substitution. Thanks to the development of the new production, 25 new jobs have been created, and at the end of the five-year implementation of the project, another 50 new working units will appear in the company.

"The idea of producing water heaters arose in connection with the departure of the main manufacturers of similar equipment from Eastern Europe. The demand for equipment was high, there was a shortage in the market. There were no difficulties in finding components and raw materials on the territory of the Russian Federation, everything was found in a short time. The growth rate of sales of manufactured equipment for 2021 and 2022 amounted to 2.8 times. In the future, we also plan to increase the production of water heaters, as the product has proven itself in operation as high-quality and reliable, the demand for it is also high," noted the founder of the company Damir Almaev.

The company TD Teplotekhnika LLC is part of the Gigaz Group of Companies, which is the largest supplier and manufacturer of heating equipment in Russia.
