"My Business" center will hold a business intensive for entrepreneurs of the republic

On Wednesday, April 19, the My Business Center will hold two free trainings for entrepreneurs as part of the implementation of the national project "Small and Medium-sized Entrepreneurship".

The topics will be:

 1. "Financial support - training of JSC "Corporation "SME"

 2. "Strategic session as a tool to improve the efficiency of the sales department"

At the free intensive, entrepreneurs will be told how to grow in numbers and results, involving the whole team in the process. In addition, during the training, entrepreneurs will learn about strategic tools and how to use them in sales.

The event will take place on April 19 at 11:00 in the Entrepreneur's House, at the address: Kazan, Petersburgskaya st., 28, "Alafuzov" hall.

The training is intended for companies with sales departments and those who plan to build a sales system in their business.

In the training program:

• regional business support measures in the Republic of Tatarstan
• methods for determining the strengths of the company
• networking
• practice on self-conducting a strategic session and much more

The organizers of the training noted that with the help of a strategic session, it is possible to work out a solution to almost any issue important for business – entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to learn how to collect new ideas from management and employees in the field, to prioritize tasks for the development of the company and business in general.
