From April 13 to 14, 2023, at the site of Sberbank Corporate University in the Moscow Region, the All-Russian Conference of Curators of Project Activities "Leaders of Project Management" was held, organized by the Project Office of the Government of the Russian Federation together with the RANEPA Scientific and Educational Center for Project Management.
Dmitry Grigorenko, Deputy Prime Minister and Chief of Staff of the Government of the Russian Federation, took part in the conference. First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Nigmatullin, who is the Deputy Head of the Project Office of the Republic, and Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Guzel Nasibullina took part in the conference events from the Republic of Tatarstan.
In the speech of the Deputy Director General of the ANO "National Priorities" Mikhail Shumakov, Tatarstan was noted as one of the leading regions by the results of the first quarter of 2023 in terms of the number of news posted in the Federal "Content" system, designed to exchange information on the implementation of national projects in the regions between authorities and the media in order to popularize national projects among the population of Russia.
An exhibition of achievements of national projects was also held as part of the conference.
The KAMAZ 6282 electric bus was presented to Dmitry Grigorenko and other participants of the conference by Samat Sattarov, Director of Passenger Transport at KAMAZ PJSC. He spoke in detail about the advantages of KAMAZ passenger transport, noting that today KAMAZ is the only manufacturer in Russia that has certified an electric bus with sanctions-resistant components of domestic production and components from friendly countries.
Since the launch of electric bus traffic in September 2018, 805 KAMAZ 6282 electric buses have entered the city routes of Moscow. The contract signed by KAMAZ in 2023 became the largest contract for the supply of electric buses in Europe.
First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Nigmatullin also noted: "In the next two years, the Moscow fleet will be replenished with 1,000 new KAMAZ 6282 electric buses with improved technical characteristics, which were achieved through the use of alternative components from Russia and friendly countries. Residents of Moscow will receive high-quality, eco-friendly and modern transport, significantly exceeding international analogues in many respects. We hope that electric buses will appear in other regions of Russia soon."
The second exhibit from the Republic of Tatarstan was a project on the formation of a comfortable urban environment, presented by the Foundation "Institute of Urban Development of the Republic of Tatarstan".
In order to attract public attention to the issues of integrated development of territories, their general improvement and landscaping, creating comfortable conditions for the population in cities and settlements of the Republic of Tatarstan, programs for the development of public spaces in the Republic of Tatarstan have been implemented since 2015. In 2015, the program "Development of parks and squares" was implemented, and in 2016 the program "Arrangement of water protection zones". In 2017, the implementation of the federal project "Formation of a comfortable urban environment", which is part of the national project "Housing and Urban Environment", was launched in the Republic of Tatarstan, and the implementation of the Program for the Development of Public Spaces of the Republic of Tatarstan was continued.
Thus, as part of the implementation of the above-mentioned programs, 367 facilities have been improved in the republic since 2015 for a total amount of 23.75 billion rubles.
Also, in order to repair courtyards in all apartment buildings in Tatarstan that require landscaping, taking into account the wishes of residents and maintaining the quality of work, the "Our Yard" program has been implemented in all municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan since 2020.
During the implementation of the program, 7000 courtyards for more than 2 million residents will be renovated throughout the Republic of Tatarstan. The total budget allocated for the complex improvement of courtyards is 50 billion rubles.
So, at the moment, about 1 million Tatarstan residents have already received new inviting and safe courtyards.
