A manufacturer of metal structures from Tatarstan received 20 million rubles of guarantee support under the national SME project to increase production volumes
The enterprise for the production of metal structures of any complexity, LLC "PC Termostal", within the framework of the national project "Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative" received a loan under the program "Mechanism without repeated underwriting". The Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, subordinate to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, provided assistance in attracting borrowed funds by providing a guarantee in the amount of 20 million rubles.
The history of the creation of the company "PC Termostal" begins in 2007, when stair railings were made on the territory of their own garage premises in Kazan. Since 2017, the company has been manufacturing metal structures for educational institutions, hotels and sports complexes. The large objects of the company were the Kol GaliResort&SPA hotel in Bolgar and the Luzhniki sports complex in Moscow.
The company "PC Termostal" has built a football arena "FIZRA" on the territory of the Kazan hippodrome in Kazan, where amateur league matches are regularly held.
In the plans of LLC "PC Termostal" together with the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation, it is planned to build 5 arenas in Ufa, Naberezhnye Chelny, Almetyevsk and Nizhnekamsk. At the moment, there are preliminary agreements with 20 regions of Russia on the construction of arenas in 2024.
To increase the volume of production of metal structures of any complexity, the company "PC Termostal" required additional financing. The Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, subordinate to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, twice acted as a guarantor within the framework of the preferential product "Mechanism without repeated underwriting" in the amount of 20 million rubles, under which the company was able to issue a loan in 2022 and 2023 in the amount of 40 million rubles on favorable terms and directed the funds received for further development of production.
