The Ministry of Economy told about the implementation of national projects and support measures

A meeting of the working group on ensuring sustainable economic development, which was attended by representatives of ministries, departments, territorial bodies of federal authorities, municipalities was held via videoconference.

Within the framework of the meeting of the working group, issues of industrial production in January 2023 in the context of economic sectors and municipalities of the republic were discussed. Instructions have been given to branch ministries, municipalities:

- to analyze in detail the reasons for the decline in industrial production in the context of each enterprise;

- to activate the work of balance commissions for the prompt and timely resolution of problematic issues of enterprises, as well as leveling possible risks, making maximum use of existing federal support measures;

- within the framework of preventing the growth of taxes and fees arrears, to work together with enterprises to be proactive, promptly respond to possible problematic issues of enterprises, timely provide information and prepare proposals for consideration at meetings of the working group on ensuring sustainable development of the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan;

- to keep under control the issues of participation of enterprises in support measures, promptly respond to problematic issues arising from enterprises when they receive them.

The key topics of the meeting also included the issues of a single tax account, Sberbank of Russia's solutions for small and micro-business, the implementation of the national project "Labor Productivity" and media coverage of national projects in Tatarstan.    

In 2023, a single tax account (STA) will be opened for all taxpayers. The representative of the Department of the Federal Tax Service for the Republic of Tatarstan explained the issues that arise in connection with the introduction of the new system. This is a new way of accounting for accrued and paid taxes and contributions. The STA is replenished with the help of a Single tax payment before the tax payment deadline. The received amount is distributed among the obligations of the taxpayer.

It was noted that preferential financing programs of credit institutions play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of enterprises. Within the framework of the working group meeting, a representative of the Bank of Tatarstan branch of Sberbank of Russia informed about current business support measures.

It was also noted at the meeting that an important reserve in ensuring the smooth operation of enterprises is to increase the efficiency of their activities, which is achieved, among other things, through the implementation of the national project "Labor Productivity". Director of the Center for Energy Resource Efficient Technologies of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Akhmerov told about the progress of the national project, including the results for 2022 and the tasks for 2023.

Branch ministries and municipalities need to provide maximum assistance to enterprises for inclusion in the implementation of the national project "Labor Productivity". Participation in the project allows one to use the best experience of enterprises, as well as take part in the support measures provided for by the national project.

An important direction of the Action Plan to ensure socio-economic stability and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2023 is the continuation of the effective implementation of national projects and state programs.

One of the main issues under the control of the federal center is the media coverage of national projects. The meeting noted the need to strengthen the work on information support for the implementation of national projects.

"I would like to draw your attention once again: the topic of coverage of national projects is important, because the less information on this topic, the less noticeable the result of the implementation of national projects is for our citizens," Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Guzel Nasibullina said.
