Women's entrepreneurship is developing in Tatarstan

The share of women among individual entrepreneurs and self-employed in Russia is more than 40%. The fair sex of our society manages not only the "women's" business, but also develops technologies and production. How did the "My Business" Centers help the development of women's entrepreneurship in Tatarstan? On International Women's Day, the "success stories" of businesswomen who received support measures under the national project "Small and Medium-sized Entrepreneurship" were selected.

Entrepreneur Elvira Fasakhova is the owner of the company "Your Business", which specializes in consulting services. Elvira received state support for the promotion and advertising of her company, and also received free training to promote her personal brand. The result was the development of the corporate identity and brandbook of the company, which allowed to increase awareness and attract new customers.

Self-employed Lilia Sultanova started her business quite recently. She is the author of the popular meme board game. Free services on the national project, available to business at any of its maturity stages, helped the girl to develop her business, as well as effectively use her own funds and direct them to entrepreneurial needs. Lilia is a participant of fairs for the self-employed, who help to talk about their business and find new customers. The woman also took a course in the program "Women's entrepreneurship". Result: Lilia increased turnover, her game reached the top in sales on marketplaces, a line of games appeared. 

Adelia Hafizova is developing the Shikerno project, a brand that popularizes the Tatar language among young people. She also participated in the Women's Entrepreneurship program under the guidance of experienced mentors. The experience and skills acquired during the course allowed her to increase her turnover by 15 times.
