A training on financial support will be held in Kazan
On March 2, the My Business Center of the Republic of Tatarstan, which is a subordinate institution of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, will host a free training for entrepreneurs and self-employed of the republic on the topic "Where to get money for business development, how to create and manage financial flows". The event will be held as part of the implementation of the national project "Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative".
Speakers of the training will be:
• Nina Mironova - business coach of the Center "My Business", certified trainer of JSC "Corporation "SME";
• Natalia Orlova is a business coach, an active entrepreneur, a tracker of more than 30 accelerators.
Experts will talk about regional business support measures, personal finance and finance for business, income and expense planning, business models, financial and management reporting, as well as the financial plan and key metrics. The training also involves the practical part of the work - calculating the indicators of your business. Invited speakers will tell and share useful tools and other solutions that will reduce time for entrepreneurs and help them manage their business through numbers and values.
The educational training will begin at 10.00 at the address: Kazan, Petersburgskaya st, 28, 3rd floor, "Alafuzov" hall.
The training will take place in two formats. The speakers will devote 30 minutes to the theoretical part, 90 minutes will be devoted to the workshop – it is planned to calculate individual indicators accompanied by a coach, the remaining 60 minutes will touch on the development strategy in numbers.
