Tatarstan citizens will be helped to attract financing under a social contract and implement a business idea

From February 28, the My Business Center, subordinate to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, will conduct online training for recipients of a social contract. The training will allow individuals planning to conclude a social contract to learn the basics of entrepreneurship, including the preparation of a business plan of the enterprise necessary to receive funding from the state.

To participate in the training, you must submit an application on the SME.RF digital Platform in the section "Regional support measures", select the service "Registration for a training program for citizens planning to conclude a social contract".

"This service is really popular in the My Business Center and is in demand among individuals planning to open their own business. Over the past year, more than 1,000 people have been trained by us – it has contributed to the opening of their own business and has become a reliable foundation for entrepreneurial activity in the republic," noted Linara Burkhanova, First Deputy General Director of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan — Head of the Center "My Business.

Let us recall that the social contract is provided to low-income families and citizens whose income is below the subsistence minimum established in the Republic of Tatarstan for the corresponding socio-demographic groups of the population.

The training will take place every 3 weeks throughout the year.

Let us recall that the amount of a one-time payment is up to 350 thousand rubles, the amount depends on the business plan. The contract must be implemented within 12 months.

A social contract is concluded between the Department of Social protection of the population and a citizen planning to carry out entrepreneurial activity as a self-employed or sole proprietor.

The contract is concluded within 7 days from the date of approval by the interdepartmental commission of the program of social adaptation of the family (citizen living alone). If a positive decision is made, within 3 days a citizen must contact the welfare department to sign an additional agreement. After the implementation of the business plan, the applicant must submit a report to the welfare department.

Free training on writing a business plan takes place at the My Business Center of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan within the framework of the national project "Small and Medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative". The curator of the national project is the First Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Andrey Belousov.
