Midhat Shagiakhmetov took part in the meeting of the Council of the Vysokogorsky Municipal district of the fourth convocation
On February 14, the 32nd meeting of the Council of the Vysokogorsky Municipal District of the fourth convocation was held in the Vysokogorsky district, within the framework of which the results of socio-economic development for 2022 were considered and tasks for 2023 were defined. The event was attended by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midhat Shagiakhmetov.
Midhat Shagiakhmetov informed about the socio-economic indicators of the republic for 2022 and reported on the state of affairs in the economy of the district. Thus, in the rating of socio-economic development of municipalities of the republic for 2022, the Vysokogorsky district occupies the 16th place. According to macroeconomic indicators, the district traditionally shows good results. In the structure of the district's economy, industry occupies 37.2% by the end of 2022, the PPI was 107.4% and agriculture occupies 14.1%, where the volume of gross agricultural output in 2022 increased by 32%.
"The district is part of the Kazan agglomeration and has an advantageous geographical location. As the head noted, the district is actively developing, the population is growing, housing construction is underway at a high rate. The potential of the district in all directions should be effectively implemented," the minister said, speaking at a meeting of the council
Midhat Shagiakhmetov also noted in his speech that the district administration needs to identify new reserves and growth points, implement the tasks outlined in the report of the head, and maximize the use of state support measures.
The Minister called for more active use of republican tools to support small and medium-sized businesses, as well as to expand the sale of manufactured products to enter electronic trading platforms.
