The selection of residents for the third stage of the Nizhnekamsk Industrial Park has started

It is planned to create the third stage of the Nizhnekamsk industrial Park in the Nizhnekamsk district of the Republic of Tatarstan, which will be able to accommodate up to 12 resident companies with investments of more than 1.5 billion rubles and the creation of 300 new jobs. Currently, the selection of residents has started. Those wishing to implement their investment projects in the new areas of the industrial park can apply to the administration of the Nizhnekamsk Municipal District.

The industrial park is located on the territory of the advanced development of Nizhnekamsk, which entitles residents to apply for tax benefits and preferences, as well as support measures within the framework of the Concept of Increasing the Efficiency of Industrial Parks from the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, which creates competitive conditions for doing business. 

Now the Nizhnekamsk Industrial Park occupies an area of 53.3 hectares. There are 16 residents on its territory, including 10 on the first stage. Of these, six companies have already launched their production: "Simple" (production of polypropylene pipes and sheet insulation), "Metakam" (production of valve blocks and crimp fittings), "Aquatar" (recycling of waste paper and production of paper packaging for eggs), "Python-Kama" (production of busbars), Bakelite plant" (manufacture of pipe insulation and profiles made of foamed polyethylene), "Vostok Volga Steel" (manufacture of 3D fences).

The remaining four enterprises of the first stage of the Nizhnekamsk industrial park should complete construction, installation and commissioning works by the end of this year. They will produce automotive components and spare parts for trucks, heating equipment and components for steam boilers, equipment for filling liquids into automobile, railway tanks, etc.

The second stage of the industrial park housed "Smart machines" for the production of commercial refrigeration equipment and "Ai Flex" for the production of flexible packaging for food products. Investors also announced their readiness to build factories here for the manufacture of industrial equipment, reinforced concrete products, composite geopolymer and two-component composite resins. The construction of the plants will start this year.
