WEB.RF to build infrastructure in Zelenodolsk

WEB.RF will finance the construction of infrastructure facilities to the Sviyazhsk interregional multimodal logistics center in Zelenodolsk of the Republic of Tatarstan in the amount of more than 600 million rubles. As a result of the implementation of investment projects on the territory of the industrial park, over 7 billion rubles of investments will be attracted to the economy of the single-industry town, more than 1.5 thousand new jobs will be created.

The necessary cooperation agreement was signed by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and WEB.RF's Chief Managing Partner for Urban Development, Irina Makieva.

At the expense of WEB.RF, Engineering and transport infrastructure facilities will be built to the Sviyazhsk interregional multimodal logistics center, which will also be connected to: the production of inert materials of the company "AKSA", the elevator of the company "Sviyazhsk-Zernoprodukt" LLC, "Zelenodolsk Starch Plant", "Sviyazhsky aluminum alloy Plant", the industrial complex of the company "Alliance" and the fulfillment center KazanExpress others.

The total cost of construction of infrastructure facilities is more than 1.4 billion rubles. Its commissioning is scheduled for 2024.
