Today, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted an educational seminar on anti-corruption topics for state civil servants and employees of subordinate institutions. The event was opened by Venera Sadykova, Head of the Civil Service and Human Resources Department.
The seminar was also attended by the head of the information and analytical department of the Department of Socio-Economic Monitoring Farida Fayzrakhmanova, the leading specialist of the civil service and personnel department, the person responsible for the prevention of corruption and other offenses Zulfiya Vafina, and employees of the ministry.
The participants were informed about the anti-corruption work carried out, aimed at creating an intolerant attitude of civil servants towards corruption, compliance with prohibitions, restrictions and requirements for official conduct established by anti-corruption legislation.
Separately, attention was focused on the current departmental regulatory legal acts and their strict observance. Also at the event, employees of the ministry were acquainted with the activities carried out as part of the formation of anti-corruption monitoring and announced the main results of the sociological survey "Studying the opinion of the population on corruption."
During the seminar, the employees were informed that on December 7, the person responsible for the prevention of corruption and other offenses of the ministry, Zulfiya Vafina, took part in an intellectual quiz dedicated to the International Anti-Corruption Day as part of a team of ministries and departments of the republic. The team took second place.
The quiz, organized by PJSC SIBUR-Holding for the purpose of consistent effective development of the compliance system and business culture, was also attended by teams from employees of Nizhnekamskneftekhim, Kazanorgsintez, SIBUR-RT, employees and employees of the state and municipal sector of the republic.
