Today, at a meeting of the working group at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan with the participation of representatives of ministries, departments, authorities, municipalities, credit organizations, they considered the organization of work on participation in federal support measures in connection with partial mobilization, intensification of investment activity and employment support in the Republic of Tatarstan.
The Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan spoke about the implementation of the support measure, which provides for the provision of credit holidays to mobilized citizens. Director of the Fund Rustem Mukhamedshin announced the results of providing credit holidays to mobilized citizens for a week, told how work with credit organizations and microcredit companies of the republic is organized.
Also at the meeting, the issue related to the adopted Federal Law of November 21, 2022 No. 443-FZ was considered. In particular, he exempted from personal income tax and insurance premiums gratuitous payments to mobilized and their family members and from VAT on property transferred to those called up for partial mobilization, volunteers and contract soldiers participating in a special military operation, as well as members of their families.
The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan noted the need to bring information about this support measure to potential recipients: entrepreneurs, mobilized citizens and their families.
Marina Epifantseva, Deputy Head of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan, made a presentation on the issue of introducing the Regional Investment Standard in the Republic of Tatarstan. She spoke about the work carried out by the municipalities of the region to fill the investment map of Tatarstan with reliable information about investment infrastructure facilities.
Also at the meeting, the issue of possible changes in the labor market, which are associated with the restructuring of the economy, was considered. A report on this topic was made by the Deputy Minister of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan Klara Tazetdinova.
