Training under the program "Export Standard for SMEs" starts in Tatarstan
On November 10-11, Kazan will host full-time training for export-oriented representatives of small and medium-sized businesses of the Republic of Tatarstan. The programs "Export Standard for SMEs" and "Export in Enterprise Strategy" were developed by the Export School of the Russian Export Center (REC) and are carried out in the region on the basis of the Export Support Center of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund subordinate to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The Export Standard for SMEs program is designed to be a driver for the growth of companies' exports, allowing experienced exporters to prepare a business plan to increase their export revenue and identify ways to strengthen their positions in export markets.
The program consists of five modules lasting two days. As part of the training, participants improve their knowledge in the field of analyzing the readiness of an enterprise to increase exports, conduct business intelligence, study the tools for creating a value proposition for foreign clients, work out a balanced scorecard in detail, determine an export scaling strategy, and evaluate the effectiveness of an enterprise's business processes.
The training will be conducted by a federal coach-mentor of the Export School of the Russian Export Center on the programs of export seminars “Life cycle of an export project. Export standard for SMEs” Alyona Fedotkina.
The training will take place in the Entrepreneur's House, Kazan, Peterburgskaya st., 28, 3rd floor.
The Export Support Center of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund, subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, provides comprehensive services necessary for enterprises both at the time of the idea of working for export and related to the direct shipment of goods to foreign markets. Thanks to the national project "Small and Medium Enterprises and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives", the majority of services are free for businesses.
