Federal support measures in the context of partial mobilization were discussed at a meeting of the working group
Under the chairmanship of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, a meeting of the working group on ensuring sustainable economic development in the mode of videoconferencing was held, which was attended by representatives of ministries, departments, territorial bodies of federal authorities, municipalities, credit organizations.
As part of the meeting of the working group, they discussed the implementation of federal support measures in connection with partial mobilization.
The participants of the working group meeting were reminded that all information on federal support measures adopted and being developed in connection with partial mobilization is posted on the website of the Government of the Russian Federation, the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the Federal Tax Service, the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.
It was noted the need to communicate information about support measures in connection with partial mobilization to potential recipients, provide the necessary assistance to potential recipients of support and their families in participating in support measures, and if there are problematic issues, bring them to the working group for consideration, prompt response and providing the necessary assistance.
Another issue of the meeting of the working group was the activation of investment activities. In the current conditions of limited access to financial resources, it is important to make the most of existing support measures to stimulate investment activity. One such mechanism is the Investment Protection and Promotion Agreements (IPPAs).
The minister recommended informing the business community about the SZPK mechanism, working with potential investors on the possibility of concluding such agreements, and submitting to the Ministry of Economy a list of potential projects for which further work is planned under the SZPK mechanism.
Also, within the framework of the meeting of the working group, they discussed the work in the "Import substitution" block of the Republican Marketing Center, as well as the development of e-commerce in the Republic of Tatarstan.
