The Ministry of Economy provides businesses with credit holidays

As part of the republican support measures in the context of partial mobilization, the regional Entrepreneurship Support Fund (Fund) subordinate to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan will provide businesses with credit holidays under existing microloan agreements concluded before September 21, 2022. The measure will reduce the financial burden on businesses in the current environment.

Legal entities, the owner and at the same time the head of which was called up for military service or is undergoing it under a contract in connection with partial mobilization, as well as individual entrepreneurs and self-employed citizens called up for military service or undergoing her under contract.

At the same time, the microloan agreement must be concluded before the day of conscription for military service for mobilization in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. The start date of the grace period is no earlier than September 21, 2022.

Credit holidays under existing microloan agreements make it possible to suspend the borrower's fulfillment of their obligations for a mobilization period extended by 90 days (grace period).

According to the terms of the program, the amount of deferred interest after the end of the credit holidays is added to the principal debt, and the payment schedule is recalculated.

The measure is of a declarative nature, for its receipt it is necessary to apply to the Fund by the end of 2023. Credit holidays will not worsen the entrepreneur's credit history.
