In Tatarstan, mobilized entrepreneurs can take advantage of federal and republican support measures

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan gave clarifications on federal and republican measures to support mobilized entrepreneurs.

“The current situation requires well-coordinated and coordinated work of authorities at all levels to promptly resolve emerging issues and inform about support measures in the context of partial mobilization,” said Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov.

Federal support measures include the provision of credit holidays, the transfer of tax payments, deferment in the execution of government contracts, deferment of payments for the lease of state property.

Companies with licenses for certain types of activities, whose specialists have been called up for military service, can continue to work with a minimum number of employees and then provide the necessary staff.

To resolve organizational issues related to the further conduct of business, they will provide a period of 5 working days.

Grant recipients have been extended the terms of project implementation without penalties, microloans have been granted a deferment for the payment of interest and principal.

At the republican level, such measures have been taken for mobilized entrepreneurs, such as the suspension of the accrual of penalties and fines for late submission of a report on the intended use of loans, the prolongation of microloan agreements provided by the Entrepreneurship Support Fund subordinate to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, with the suspension of the fulfillment of debt repayment obligations for individual entrepreneurs and self-employed citizens, restructuring of loans under the guarantee of the Guarantee Fund of Tatarstan with the provision of a deferral of commission payment for up to three years, at 0.5% per annum.

In addition, the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan has prepared a draft resolution that provides for deferrals on payments for the rent of republican property to entrepreneurs called up for service as part of partial mobilization.
