Midkhat Shagiakhmetov held a working meeting with the delegation of the Republic of Khakassia
The Ministry of Economy of Tatarstan was visited by a delegation of the Republic of Khakassia. The working meeting was chaired by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy Midkhat Shagiakhmetov. The topic of the business visit was the experience of Tatarstan in the development and support of business, investment projects, and preferential territories of Tatarstan, as well as the possibilities of the Import Substitution Center.
Today, the Republic of Khakassia is faced with the task of increasing the investment potential of the region. As Yulia Ismagilova, Deputy Head of the Republic of Khakassia, noted, Tatarstan is among the first to introduce advanced tools to support entrepreneurship and management solutions that contribute to the growth of the investment attractiveness of the region.
The meeting was opened by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy Midkhat Shagiakhmetov. He spoke about the economic potential and attractiveness of the region for investors, support measures, the development of preferential territories and the benefits for residents that apply to them, as well as how work is organized to monitor the economic activities of enterprises and sustainable development of the economy of Tatarstan in the current conditions.
The Minister of Economy dwelled on the measures taken at the republican and federal levels to support residents and management companies of industrial parks, the formation of a legal and legislative framework that promotes the development of territories, and experience in the modernization and reconstruction of engineering facilities.
“We are creating engineering infrastructure in the republic, sites, with different conditions and benefits for investors, based on their needs. For us, this is, first of all, a tool for the development of industry and business, the formation of new production chains and the creation of new jobs,” said Midkhat Shagiakhmetov.
Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Guzel Nasibullina shared her experience in implementing national projects and monitoring their implementation. She said that on the basis of the Ministry of Economy, a project office was created to coordinate the implementation of national projects in the republic, responsible persons were assigned for the implementation of each national project, this work is under the personal control of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
Another topic of the meeting was the "Center for Import Substitution", created on the basis of the Agency for the State Order of the Republic of Tatarstan. Yakov Geller, General Director of the AGZ RT, spoke about the functionality and capabilities of the Center. "Import Substitution Center" is a unique republican resource. It contains proposals for manufacturers, small and medium-sized businesses, allowing them to master the production of demanded products. 6 Russian regions have already joined the work at the Center.
The participants of the meeting agreed on further cooperation for the mutual effective development of the regions.
