Today, under the chairmanship of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, a meeting of the working group to ensure sustainable economic development was held. The key topic of the meeting was the implementation of business support measures in the Republic of Tatarstan in the context of partial mobilization.
Accepted to date:
- Federal Law No. 377-FZ of 07.10.2022, which provides for the possibility of granting the right to credit holidays to persons, including individual entrepreneurs, when called up for military service for mobilization;
- Federal Law No. 406-FZ of October 20, 2022 on granting the right to credit holidays under loan agreements for SMEs in the event that a borrower is called up for military service for mobilization;
- Federal Law No. 404-FZ of October 20, 2022, which allows mobilized entrepreneurs to transfer business management to trusted persons for the duration of participation in a special military operation;
- Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 3046-r dated October 15, 2022 on granting a deferment on payments for the rental of property to entrepreneurs called up for service as part of partial mobilization;
- Decree of the Government of Russia No. 1838 dated October 15, 2022, which provides for the possibility of changing the essential terms of contracts to meet state and municipal needs in connection with partial mobilization;
- Decree of the Government of Russia dated October 20, 2022 No. 1874 on granting a deferment in the payment of taxes and insurance premiums for citizens called up as part of partial mobilization, extending the deadlines for submitting tax reports, and suspending field tax audits;
- Decree of the Government of Russia dated 10/15/2022 No. 1839, which provides for the automatic renewal of individual permits for mobilized citizens, the validity of which expires during mobilization;
- Order of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia dated October 10, 2022 No. 555 on ensuring the possibility of increasing the maximum period for granting a microloan for those mobilized or undergoing military service under a contract, suspension for the period of military service on mobilization or under a contract of fulfilling the obligations of a grant agreement.
Responsible state authorities and local governments of the Republic of Tatarstan were instructed to ensure maximum information about the support measures taken so that their potential recipients, if necessary, could use the support measures provided for them.
