Entrepreneurs of Tatarstan received 800 million rubles under a preferential lending program for investment purposes

Since the launch of the new concessional lending program for investment purposes in the Republic of Tatarstan, 58 applications have been submitted in the amount of more than 5.8 billion rubles. To date, 800 million rubles have been issued to entrepreneurs of the republic on 9 applications. Applications are still being accepted.

Recall that the investment lending program was launched by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Bank of Russia and the SME Corporation on August 25, 2022 and is aimed at supporting manufacturing enterprises, as well as companies operating in the fields of agriculture, hospitality, transportation and storage.

Financial support up to 1 billion rubles can be obtained at a reduced rate of up to 4% per annum for small and micro enterprises and up to 2.5% for medium-sized businesses. In the Republic of Tatarstan, 18 banks are involved in the implementation of the program, their full list can be found here. Loans are issued for up to three years.

For those companies that do not have their own funds to secure a loan, the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, will act as a guarantor under the preferential product "Support - 2022". The guarantee amount for the product will be up to 70 million rubles. At the same time, the remuneration rate has been reduced to a minimum value of 0.5%, and the possibility of deferring the payment of remuneration for the first 6 months is also provided.
