24 October 2022, Monday

Citizens called up for military service as part of partial mobilization were granted a deferment in the payment of taxes, fees and insurance premiums, and the deadlines for submitting tax returns and cash flow reports on accounts were extended. The resolution to this effect was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

The decision also applies to entrepreneurs who are the leaders and at the same time the sole founders of their companies. The deferment will be valid not only during the entire period of military service, but also for several more months after its completion.

Thus, for the payment of taxes and insurance premiums, the deferral will be calculated from the day the military service ends until the 28th day (inclusive) of the third month after the day the military service ends.

For the submission of tax returns, the deferment will be calculated from the day of the end of military service until the 25th day (inclusive) of the third month after the day of the end of military service.

For the payment of tax on professional income, the deferment will be calculated from the day of the end of military service until the last day (inclusive) of the fourth month after the day of the end of military service.

It will be possible to pay the accumulated debt in installments. The amount of the first payment will be one-sixth of the total debt, and in the future it will be possible to repay it monthly in equal installments.
