Companies and individual entrepreneurs with mobilized employees will retain their license and accreditation

20 October 2022, Thursday

Companies from among the licensed types of activities will be able to find a replacement for the mobilized specialists within 3-6 months without fines. This applies to enterprises operating in the field of transportation, hydrometeorology, education and others - a total of 48 types of permits. They will not be subject to penalties and deprivation of licenses. Mobilized citizens will be able to continue working upon their return - their permits will be frozen.

The resolution on this, developed by the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

Now the above companies must have a regulated number of employees in the state with a certain education, qualifications and work experience. If one of these employees is mobilized, then, according to the document, the enterprise will temporarily be able to continue working in the absence of such employees.

“Such a decision will allow not to interrupt the work processes of enterprises in connection with the mobilization of employees who have a special role due to the length of service in their specialization or the presence of a certain qualification, certification or education,” said Minister of Economic Development Maxim Reshetnikov.

The Minister noted that citizens will be able to continue their work upon their return, the permits granted to them will not run out during the mobilization period. They are encouraged to automatically renew their previously issued permits (eg certificates of medical and pharmaceutical workers, certificates of appraisers, certificates of industrial safety experts) without charge.

The signed resolution is part of a plan of priority measures to ensure the operation of the Russian economy in conditions of partial mobilization, which was developed under the supervision of First Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Belousov.
