Educational program "Export Standard for SMEs" prepared for entrepreneurs in Tatarstan
The Export Support Center of the regional Fund for Entrepreneurship Support, subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, begins collecting applications for participation in the educational program "Export Standard for SMEs".
The "Export Standard for SMEs" of the REC Export School is a comprehensive program with a classic set of MBA disciplines combined with specialized export-oriented blocks.
The educational program is a course of 5 modules, each of which is devoted to a specific topic:
Module 1 "Strategy":
- "Export in the strategy of the enterprise";
- "Export standard for SMEs".
Module 2 "Financial instruments of export":
- "Export financial model";
- "Export risks".
Module 3 "Marketing and sales":
- "Exporter's value proposition";
- “Increase in export sales”.
Module 4 "Production and operational efficiency":
- "Improving the efficiency of production for export activities";
- "Change management. Personnel for export activities”.
Module 5 “Negotiations. Preparation of a business plan»
- "Negotiation fights with foreign buyers";
- "Preparation of a business plan for entering foreign markets."
The participants of the training will determine the export scaling strategy, study the tools for creating a value proposition for foreign clients, and evaluate the efficiency of business processes. In addition, the training will allow you to calculate financial flows from export activities and determine the impact on the financial result, and practice in negotiation fights.
The training will be held in a face-to-face format on the basis of the Tatarstan Export Support Center together with accredited trainers from the REC Export School.
Participation in the program is free. Limited number of seats. Applications are accepted until 10/25/2022
Training will start in November 2022.
