Remote checks of businesses launched in test mode in Tatarstan

19 October 2022, Wednesday

Today, at a meeting of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Grigorenko announced that the country has launched the process of digitalization of all control procedures. In Tatarstan, as part of a pilot, remote business checks have already been launched.

Dmitry Grigorenko summed up the preliminary results of the reform of control (supervisory) activities, announced that the current model for managing control and supervisory activities consists of three blocks. These are simple and enforceable rules for business, a transparent control procedure and feedback. The effectiveness of each of them equally affects the functioning of the entire model.

It is planned that the entire model will be completely digital. For the first time, all data within the framework of control and supervision activities, from the plan of inspections to pre-trial appeal, are collected in a single information system (GIS TOR KND).

We remind you that as part of the pilot in Tatarstan, the possibility of remote business checks has already been implemented in test mode.

The pilot involves Roszdravnadzor, Rosalkogolregulirovanie, Rosakkreditatsiya, Rosprirodnadzor, Rosselkhoznadzor and regional departments of two regions - the Kirov region and Tatarstan.

Now you can get a license by submitting an application to the "State Services". This application enters the GIS TOR KND cloud system and is processed by the inspector.

The entrepreneur only needs to download the Inspector mobile application and connect through the application at the appointed time to the online check. After verification, the results will come to the applicant's personal account at the State Services.

The new mechanism will save the time of specialized bodies and businesses allotted for on-site inspections, and will become a convenient and transparent tool for obtaining licenses. The results of the verification, including the video file, will be available to all participants in the interaction.
