The State Duma adopted a law that allows mobilized people to keep their business

The State Duma immediately approved a bill in three readings that allows entrepreneurs called up as part of partial mobilization to retain business management through proxies. It can be managed by trustees.

The bill concerns individual entrepreneurs, founders of organizations, as well as the sole founders who solely manage the company. Changes in legislation give individual entrepreneurs and general directors 5 days to transfer cases to managers.
