Companies that have licenses for certain types of activities and whose specialists were called up for military service as part of a partial mobilization can continue to work with a minimum number of employees. Such organizations will not be penalized. The resolution to this effect was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
We are talking about the temporary lifting of the requirements for the number of employees, which until now were mandatory for obtaining a permit for a particular type of activity.
Enterprises will be given a period of 3 to 6 months to search for new qualified workers instead of mobilized ones.
The employee called up for service will retain his workplace - the labor agreement with him is suspended, but not terminated. A new employee will have a fixed-term employment contract.
Validity periods of attestations and other permits of mobilized citizens will be extended automatically, without testing their knowledge and skills.
The solution will prevent the disruption of production processes and will involve 48 areas of activity, including transportation, hydrometeorology, education, tourism and others.
A complete list can be found on the government website.
