Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree granting a deferment in paying rent for real estate, land plots and other federal property to entrepreneurs called up for service as part of partial mobilization.

The deferment is granted for the entire period of service. In addition to those mobilized, such a support measure will affect entrepreneurs who have entered into contracts for military service, and volunteer businessmen who are part of army units.

Tenants of federal property who will receive a deferred payment can be both individual entrepreneurs and legal entities where the same person is the founder and head of the company. The deferral applies to all types of federal property, including land plots. Utility payments during the period of such a delay will be paid by the landlord instead of the tenant.

In addition, now mobilized entrepreneurs will be able to terminate federal property lease agreements without penalties.
