Mobilized entrepreneurs received special conditions for the execution of public procurement contracts

Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin approved special conditions for the execution of public procurement contracts by mobilized entrepreneurs. Their term, price, types and volumes of work can be changed if the suppliers are companies whose employees are called up for service as part of partial mobilization. The decision also applies to individual entrepreneurs.

The Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation applies to all contracts that will be concluded before the end of 2023. The contractors will be written off the penalties that have arisen due to the fact that the company or individual entrepreneur cannot fulfill the contract in a timely manner due to mobilization, and representatives of such a business will not be included in the register of unscrupulous suppliers.

The Cabinet of Ministers recommended that regional and local authorities adopt similar changes in relation to contracts to meet state and municipal needs.
