In 18 banks represented in Tatarstan, SMEs of the republic will be able to receive loans at 3-4.5%. This was announced by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov at a meeting of the working group with the participation of municipalities.
The Minister noted that last week the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated August 16, 2022 No. 1420 was adopted, in accordance with which a new credit line for small and medium-sized businesses is being launched.
A new support tool appeared due to the combination of two existing federal programs - "Program 1764" and "PSK Investment".
Small and medium-sized enterprises will be able to receive investment loans from 50 million to 1 billion rubles for up to 10 years.
During the first 3 years of the grace period, the loan rate for medium-sized businesses will be 3%, for small and micro businesses - 4.5%. For the next 2 years, the loan rate will be calculated according to the formula "key rate at the date of signing the agreement plus no more than 2.75%".
Preferential loans will be available to small and medium-sized enterprises operating in manufacturing (class 24 OKVED 2), hotel business (class 1 OKVED 2), as well as transportation and storage (class 1 OKVED 2).
Entrepreneurs will be able to use the funds received at a preferential rate to purchase equipment, overhaul production facilities or launch new industries. As part of the agenda, the meetings of the working group discussed the implementation of federal and republican anti-crisis measures to support small and medium-sized businesses, as well as the work of municipalities to fill the SME.RF Digital Platform.
The minister called on municipalities to intensify work to ensure the introduction of passports for services available to entrepreneurs on the SME.RF Digital Platform, as well as to involve SMEs of the republic in support measures.
Andrey Rozental, Deputy Head of the Department of the Federal Antimonopoly Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, spoke as part of the agenda on controlling prices in the markets for goods necessary for preparing children for school.
In addition, at the meeting of the working group, the work on the development of industrial parks of the Republic of Tatarstan was discussed.
They also listened to the report of the Executive Committee of the Rybno-Sloboda municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan on measures to ensure sustainable economic development.
