Ministry of Economy helps residents of industrial parks expand production
The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan implements state support measures for residents of industrial parks, the most popular of which is the Construction loan. This was told to journalists today at a press tour to the industrial park "Tyulyachi" in the Tyulyachinsky municipal district of the republic. Media representatives got acquainted with the activities of resident companies. Enterprises are expanding production, despite the economic situation and sanctions pressure.
Avangard-Stroy LLC, a resident of Tyulachi industrial park, which produces metal doors, decided to allocate 22 million rubles to expand production. Thanks to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, the company received a Construction loan for this amount, which made it possible to build a new workshop with an area of 1.2 thousand square meters.
The main construction and installation work has been completed, finishing work is currently being carried out. The building is expected to be put into operation in the fourth quarter of 2022. The company is located in the Tyulachi industrial park, which gives it the right to take advantage of republican support measures for residents of industrial parks.
Since the launch of the program to support the construction of infrastructure facilities, 17 enterprises of the republic have received loans. 12 facilities have been built, 4 of them have been put into operation and finishing works are being carried out at 8 more facilities. Construction work is underway at 4 sites. The total amount of financing amounted to 364 million rubles.
“In Tatarstan, there are industrial parks in almost every region of the republic. Now there are about 100 infrastructure facilities. The number of residents has increased since the beginning of the year. About 1.5 thousand residents work at all industrial parks of the republic, they have created more than 52 thousand jobs. Since the beginning of the year, the number of employees has increased by 4,000 people in industrial parks that fall under the Concept for the Development of Industrial Parks of the Republic,” said Emil Khismatov, Deputy Head of the Department for Entrepreneurship Development and Competition of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Recall that in order to develop industrial parks in the territory of municipal districts and create jobs in rural areas, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan developed and approved the Concept for the development of industrial parks by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Minnikhanov. Within the framework of which state support measures were taken for entrepreneurs: tax incentives, programs that allow subsidizing electricity costs and attracting borrowed funds at a low interest rate, guarantee guarantee for loans. In addition, within the framework of the Concept, a loan "Construction" is available, under which you can get up to 30 million rubles for a period of up to 5 years at 5% per annum for the construction of infrastructure facilities.
Also during the press tour, the enterprises of Kryazh+ LLC, Bogorodskiye Rozy LLC and LMR Plast LLC were visited.
In 2021, a plant for the processing of secondary polyethylene waste - LMR Plast - was opened in the industrial park. New products are made from recycled material - plastic containers, chairs, dishes.
The Kryazh+ company, which is engaged in the industrial processing of used car tires, also plans to expand production. A new product is made from recycled waste - soft bulk rubber coatings for outdoor and indoor sports and children's playgrounds.
According to the directors of firms, the industrial park, as an instrument of republican support, has greatly facilitated doing business. Enterprises are expanding production despite sanctions pressure.
