Tatarstan potential and existing exporters can receive 6 free support measures aimed at preparing the product for export, finding a buyer abroad, organizing negotiations, organizing the logistics process, and promoting products to foreign markets online. Support is provided by the Russian Export Center, in Tatarstan it can be obtained on the basis of the regional Export Support Center (ETS) of the Fund for Entrepreneurship Support subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.

1. As part of free services, the REC provides assistance in the search and selection of a foreign buyer
REC specialists will compile a preliminary list of potential partners for a particular company in the target market according to the sectoral principle; conduct a search for additional information to clarify the profile of potential trading partners and assess possible interest in the company's products, distribute presentation materials, etc.

To receive this service, you must fill out a questionnaire and prepare presentation materials translated into the language of the country in which you are interested in finding a buyer. If the entrepreneur does not have the ability to independently translate materials, the Export Support Center takes over this service free of charge.

2. Basic advice on patent protection measures
When entering a foreign market, trademark registration is required to protect the intellectual property of the product.

REC experts will analyze the use of the trademark in other countries, after which they will develop recommendations on the trademark registration algorithm, depending on the country where the products are planned to be exported. Also, experts will calculate the costs of registering a trademark, give advice on the specifics of the legislation in the country where registration is planned.

3. Advice on conformity assessment of products in foreign markets
Specialists will also assist in bringing products in accordance with the requirements necessary for the export of goods (works, services). We are talking about standardization, certification of products and other permits necessary for the export of products.

As part of a free consultation, REC experts will talk about the requirements for the product in the market of a particular country, select the document that must be obtained to pass the conformity assessment, and help with the selection of a certification body without intermediaries.

4. Logistics consulting
REC specialists will help to organize logistics when shipping products to a foreign buyer. The entrepreneur will be helped to choose the best mode of transport depending on the product, calculate the approximate costs of logistics, give recommendations on packing goods, prepare a list of necessary transport documents and information on how to complete them, and select the optimal terms of delivery according to Incoterms.

REC experts will also help the exporters of the republic to organize negotiations with a foreign partner on behalf of the company, at the request of the entrepreneur, the experts can also take a direct part in the negotiations.
