A series of free training seminars for social entrepreneurs starts in the Republic of Tatarstan. Based on the results of the training, social enterprises will learn how to form an application for gratuitous grant support up to 500,000 rubles and will determine relevant state support programs for which they can apply.
From May 20 to June 23, offline seminars on the topic “How to become a social enterprise, support measures, business model and project activities of social enterprises” will be held in 9 cities of Tatarstan. The first round table will be held on May 20 in Nizhnekamsk. Subsequent seminars will be held in the cities: Zelenodolsk, Almetievsk, Bavly, Chistopol, Mendeleevsk, Leninogorsk, Naberezhnye Chelny and Kazan.
Anton Dyganov, Deputy Head of the Center for Innovations in the Social Sphere of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, will act as a moderator.
Speakers will talk about how social entrepreneurs can enter the register to receive targeted support. Also at the seminar, students will learn about support measures available for socially oriented businesses and study the rules for entering the list of social enterprises. The seminar program includes the following topics:
- What is "Social Entrepreneurship";
- Who can be recognized as a social enterprise;
- The procedure for obtaining the status of "Social Enterprise";
- Measures to support social enterprises;
- Examples of social entrepreneurship in RT.
Small and medium-sized businesses operating in the field of social entrepreneurship that are not included in the register of social enterprises and individuals who wish to implement a project in the field of social entrepreneurship can take part in the seminars.
The event was organized by the regional My Business Center of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund subordinate to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan as part of the implementation of the national project "Small and medium-sized businesses and support for individual entrepreneurial initiatives."
