Tatarstan entrepreneurs received 1 billion rubles in 2021, thanks to the republican financial programs of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan

Since the beginning of the year, under the financial programs implemented by the Entrepreneurship Support Fund subordinate to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, the business of the republic has attracted credit funds in the amount of over 1 billion rubles.

Currently, there are 9 preferential financial products for entrepreneurs of the republic. This year, the issuance of microloans at 1% has been resumed to support businesses that are not covered by federal measures and are subject to regional restrictions. Taking into account the feedback from business and the recommendations of business communities, the Ministry of Economy has launched a program on preferential lending "One Percent 2021".

Today, the Entrepreneurship Support Fund has already satisfied 547 applications for microfinance in the amount of 1 billion rubles, of which 33 million rubles account for the micro-loan "One Percent 2021".

At the same time, the most popular financial instrument is the micro-loan "Reset". From June 1, the maximum interest rate on this financial product is 5.5% per annum.

The following microfinance programs are also available for representatives of small and medium-sized businesses: "Exporter" for export-oriented SMEs, "Social entrepreneur" - for the business of the social sphere. In addition, residents of industrial parks who have signed an agreement with the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan are given the opportunity to apply for a preferential loan "Construction" and a micro-loan "Industrial Parks" for the development of the infrastructure of industrial parks. 

An actual financial measure is also the micro-loan "Self-employed". Since the beginning of the year, the Microfinance Center of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan has issued 85 microloans totaling more than 13 million rubles.

In addition to financial support programs, the Fund provides a wide range of non-financial services for businesses. The self-employed are being supported; more than 2,000 self-employed have received support measures from the Fund, including participation in exhibitions, services for accessing marketplaces and educational events.

The provision of comprehensive services has helped entrepreneurs expand sales markets not only in the territory of the Russian Federation, but also abroad. In 2021, the Entrepreneurship Support Fund provided about 40,000 services for entrepreneurs.

 About 70 enterprises were exported this year, and the total volume of export contracts amounted to more than $ 30 million.

In 2021, entrepreneurs began to use the My Export platform more actively, where they can choose a service through a single window and immediately apply. The platform also hosts a knowledge base, analytical materials and other useful export documents."

This year, for the first time, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan issued grants to social entrepreneurs.  The Foundation trained and helped entrepreneurs with the preparation of projects for the grant.

And also for the first time, the Foundation provided services to the self-employed not only in terms of consulting and training, but also in terms of entering marketplaces, participating in business exhibitions and fairs.

In addition, the acceleration program "Export Acceleration" was held for the first time, which turned out to be very useful for many entrepreneurs planning to enter the international market. A course on women's entrepreneurship, franchise sales, account management on marketplaces and other interesting studies.

Next year, the provision of services in a comprehensive form will continue, and perhaps most of the support measures in demand in 2021 will be launched again in 2022.
