The head of the Agency for State Order of the Republic of Tatarstan Yakov Geller became the winner of the republican public competition "Manager of the Year - 2021"
On December 28, the awarding ceremony of the winners of the Republican public competition "Manager of the Year – 2021" took place at the Korston hotel, shopping and entertainment center. According to the results of the current year, Yakov Geller, General Director of the Agency for State Order of the Republic of Tatarstan JSC, was among the best managers who together with their teams provided high development indicators.
The award in the nomination "For the digital transformation of the enterprise" was presented to Yakov Veniaminovich by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin. Within the framework of this nomination, the Agency's extensive positive experience in the field of digitalization of the state and municipal procurement system, as well as the creation and implementation of the Republican Marketing Center digital platform was noted.
It should be noted that the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Agency have established close fruitful cooperation in the field of competition development in the Republic.

The list of participants of the competition was formed on the basis of recommendations of republican ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of Tatarstan.
In total, 120 recommendations were sent to participate in the competition. The candidates for the title of laureate were 97 managers who, together with their teams, ensured a high level of enterprise performance in the areas of activity provided for by the nominations of the competition in 2021. The head of the year was determined in 7 nominations: "For high competitiveness", "For investment activity", "For achievements in innovation", "For high social responsibility", "For the active development of human resources", "For the successful management of small (medium) business", "For the digital transformation of the enterprise".
