Midhat Shagiakhmetov and Irina Makieva visited the Zelenodolsk Industrial Park
Today, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of Tatarstan Midhat Shagiakhmetov, together with the Chief Managing Partner for Urban Development of VEB RF, General Director of the NPO "Fund for the Development of Single-industry Towns" Irina Makieva, Head of the Zelenodolsk district Mikhail Afanasyev, the heads of the management company visited enterprises located on the territory of the Zelenodolsk Industrial Park. In particular, they got acquainted with the activities of Tatfarm OOO, which is implementing an investment project to create a modern production of medicines.
On the territory of the Zelenodolsk industrial park, Tatfarm OOO is preparing to open, with a total area of 22 thousand square meters. It is planned to place the products of pharmaceutical companies, a full range of logistics services, including maintaining the cold chain for medicines. For the implementation of the project, a preferential loan of almost 250 million rubles was received from the Fund for the Development of Single-industry Towns.
Midhat Shagiakhmetov, Irina Makieva and Mikhail Afanasyev got acquainted with the progress of work performed in the new complex, inspected the premises of the enterprise. The first stage of the facility began to be built in 2017, it is currently put into operation and is being prepared for opening. As a result of the implementation of the investment project, 200 new jobs will be created. The social effect of the project is to provide residents of Russia with high-quality and affordable medicines.
The delegation also visited the enterprise OOO "Promenergo", which produces low-voltage complete devices based on intelligent measuring devices for electricity metering. The plant collects electrical equipment from 0.4 kW to 35 kW, charging stations for electric vehicles. The company has created 260 jobs. The volume of investments amounted to 390 million rubles.
After that, the guests were presented with projects of objects under construction: OOO "Darpix" (production of disposable medical clothing using ultrasonic welding), OOO "Saelra" (production and warehouse complex of the company "Bahetle" for the placement of semi-finished products), OOO "Green Cottage" (production and warehouse complex for processing vegetables and fruits), OOO "Regionliftmash" (plant for the production of elevator equipment).
During the visit, issues related to further ways of developing enterprises were discussed, and the possibilities of obtaining support from the Single-Industry Towns Development Fund (VEB.RF Group) were considered.
Currently, 18 residents are located on the territory of the Zelenodolsk Industrial Park, 7342 jobs have been created. Some of the facilities have been put into operation, several enterprises are at the design stage. At the same time, most of the companies of the Zelenodolsk industrial site have the status of residents of the Zelenodolsk PSEDA.
