The OEZ Alabuga will launch 5 new production facilities with a total investment of 9.4 billion rubles
Today, a meeting of the Supervisory Board of the OEZ PPT Alabuga was held in the Yelabuga district of the republic. The event was held under the chairmanship of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The meeting was attended by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan-Minister of Economy Midkhat Shagiakhmetov.
Within the framework of the event, four investment projects were discussed.
AO Akonit-A organizes the production of metal structures on the territory of the special economic zone. The company is a leader in the Russian market of conveyor equipment. The launch of the new project is scheduled for the 1st quarter of 2022. The production volume will be 4800 tons per year. The total investment in the project is 766.75 million rubles; the planned number of employees is 103 people.
OOO RariTEK SPG will launch the production of liquefied natural gas (LNG). RariTEK Group of Companies specializes in the development and production of gas-powered vehicles. Currently, the company's activities are aimed at developing new gas systems and improving existing ones. The company pays special attention to the development of new technologies and processes for the production of cryogenic fuel systems, as well as to ways to implement them on vehicles of various modifications. Production is also planned to start in the 1st quarter of next year, the volume will be 23,708 tons of LNG per year. Thanks to the implementation of the project, 38 jobs will be created; the volume of investments will be 800 million rubles.
The production of specialized cargo vehicles is initiated by OOO SIBTRAK. The company is engaged in the design, manufacture and sale of dump trucks with increased load capacity. Production of special equipment in the amount of 500 units per year will be launched in the 2nd quarter of 2022. The volume of investments in the project will exceed 1.8 billion rubles, and the project will employ 122 people.
The current resident of the OEZ OOO Khukhtamaki Fiber Alabuga will build a complex for the production of environmentally safe and biodegradable packaging for eggs from paper fiber. The founders of the project are "Partner Polarkap Oi" (Finland) and "Huhtamaki Finance B. V." (the Netherlands). For the organization of the production site, it is planned to use an area of 6 hectares. The launch is scheduled for the first quarter of 2022. The volume of private investment in the project will amount to 1.4 billion rubles, 35 jobs will be created, and it is planned to produce 130 million packages per year.
To date, 33 operating production facilities are located in the OEZ Alabuga, more than 7 thousand jobs have been created. The volume of private investment is 140 billion rubles.
